Starting in 2012 your ability to purchase Incandescent light bulbs is going to be restricted if not outright illegal.  According to the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 the schedule for phase-out of Incandescent Bulbs is as follows:

We can replace every interior Incandescent light bulb in your facility/home for FREE.¹  There is no reason for you not to take advantage of this program so your property can be upgraded in advance of the Incandescent Bulb sale deadline!
For apartments, each unit will save on average $10-12/mo^¥ following Incandescent to CFL replacement.
Our Incandescent to CFL Upgrade Service includes the following:

• 24-hr Entry Notices for each tenant
• Replacement of every 60-75 watt bulb
• Informational follow-up letter for each tenant outlining savings and applauding your organization for being Green!

¹If this is a program you are interested in, contact your local PUD/Coop and ask them if they have a program like this available. If not, request that they start one.  This program is offered by the BPA as Measure RLI00124 and can provide full compensation for the PUD/Coop for you to have this service performed.
