Assignment Statussearch for term

Indicates whether a House record has been assigned to a Batch or not. House records are initially created unassigned and must be assigned by a Supervisor or Manager.

Batchsearch for term

A database record used for grouping multiple House records for tracking purposes.

BGSsearch for term

BeGreenSquared. Being green is great, but if you are going to be green, you might as well BeGreenSquared.

Excess Rate Creditssearch for term

ERC = Rate Credits - (Bulb Cost + Install Cost). This works out to between 10-70 cents / bulb installed depending on project parameters.

Home Utilitysearch for term

The default/primary Utility of the logged in user.

Housesearch for term

A database record used for storing the details of a single CFL bulb install. Contains name, address, number of bulbs and other details associated with the install.

Installersearch for term

An agent of BGS that installs CFL bulbs in homes in the PUD service area.

Managersearch for term

An agent of BGS that manages Supervisors.

PUDsearch for term

A database record representing a Public Utility District or Coop.

PUD Project Managersearch for term

An employee or agent of a PUD/Coop that manages a CFL installation program.

Supervisorsearch for term

An agent of BGS that manages Installers.

Utilitysearch for term

A database record representing a Public Utility District or Coop (same as PUD).

Workflowsearch for term

Workflow is a process used to track the status of Batch records.
